Immersibilty Index

BlueDot uses a proprietary model to conduct website competitive reviews. Based on an evaluation utilizing 6 filters, a matrix can be developed. These include: 


Immersibility How quickly does the website immerse the user in the online experience?  Includes heuristics, aesthetics, wayfinding, status and visibility, user-centreed design
Accessibility How easy is it to find the website?  Intuitive and memorable domain name, search engine results – SEO and SEM
Content Depth, breadth, recency, relevancy
Capabilities What can the user do on the website?  Online tools, interactive quizzes, games, downloadable applications,etc.
Community Can the user interact with others?  Social Web (Twitter, FaceBook), Forums, etc.
Commerce/Conversion How easy is it for user to begin and complete a purchase or achieve a prescribed goal?

We utilize the 5D’ process to define and manage scope throughout the project. This process includes Discovery, Definition, Design, Development, and Delivery and is based on industry best practices that ensure end-to-end project integrity. Development:  Creative and technical production, documentation, backend support and integration, quality assurance and testing.
Delivery:  Launch, end-to-end system testing, localization of languages, deployment, optimization and maintenance.

Only then do we explore appropriate tactics ~ Traditional, Digital, and Social. Our filters and models permit us to arrive at the best tactics for the job with the appropriate rate of return. 



We then map these tactics using Benefit/Effort matrices in order to prioritize and plan.
